Baccini & Hill – T8

I wanted a wedding dress that had the big skirt and train but then I could also remove that outer layer and have a slimline dress to wear for the reception that was a little bit different. Baccini & Hill were fantastic at creating this for me.

The slimline trainless dress is made in antigue pink (pale pink silk) with ivory lace over the top for detail that covers the bodice and ends at the hips as seen in the pictures above.

There is then a detachable ivory tulle skirt with waist band and train that can be worn over the top of the slimline dress.
A small diamante belt is included that can be worn with either the detachable skirt, slimline dress or both.

Having the ivory tulle skirt makes the dress a traditional ivory princess wedding dress and then removing the tulle skirt reveals the slimline pale pink dress with lace detail that was unique for the wedding reception.

I am 158cm tall and wore 12cm high heels with the dress. The dress is approximately a size 8 but was custom made to my size.

I absolutely loved everything about this dress and it was so much fun removing the tulle skirt at the reception and revealing the slimline dress underneath. I loved having two dresses yet not having to get changed completely and that the gorgeous lace bodice could be seen all day.

The dress has been professional dry cleaned and is all boxed up.
