You can search within an individual webpage for specific words and phrases.
Search within a webpage
Open Safari if it is not already open, and then go to the webpage whose contents you want to search.
Choose Edit > Find > Find. A search bar appears at the top of the webpage.
In the search field at the right end of the search bar, type the word or phrase you want to find on the webpage.
To reverse the direction of the search, click the Back and Forward buttons. When you’re finished, click Done.
Search a webpage’s HTML
Open Safari if it is not already open, and then go to the webpage whose contents you want to search.
To view the HTML code for the webpage, choose View > View Source.
While viewing the HTML, choose Edit > Find > Find. A search bar appears at the top of the webpage.
In the search field at the right end of the search bar, type the word or phrase you want to find on the webpage.
Click the Back and Forward buttons to reverse the direction of the search. When you’re finished, click Done.
