How will the buyers contact me?

If a buyer likes your dress, she will send out the “Contact the Seller” form that will appear in your listing. At that moment, we will send you an e-mail from Weddalia (to the e-mail address you provided us when registering) where you will be able to see the purchaser’s data (her name, e-mail and phone) and the message she has written to you, so you can contact her directly.

Until then the buyer will not know your contact details (e-mail) because:

  1. They are not published in your listing
  2. The contact will be made exclusively through Weddalia

With this we avoid that your e-mail is picked up by spammers for fraudulent use, thus ensuring your privacy.
