1. Acceptance

As a user you acknowledge that Weddalia can use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, license, perform, publish, sell, translate, distribute and create derivative works of your Comments, for whatever purpose, commercial or otherwise, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without compensation for the user.

3. Hiring the service

The service consists in the publication of wedding dresses’ ads at Weddalia. Weddalia reserves the right to disseminate and / or share the ads of the user in third party portals, as well as in any other type of format, in addition to other web sites (such as social networks or blogs), all or in part, by the user accepting that condition.

To run ads at Weddalia you will have to register and fill out the form for the publication of the ad. From that moment your information will be registered and you will be able to publish and edit your ads by just logging on. When you so desire, you will be able to modify your registration data in the section of “My Account” in the menu.

In general, the publication of ads at Weddalia will be subjected to the following rules: No repeated ads, including pictures with URL (Internet addresses), E-mail addresses or phone numbers that are of exchange, with insults or bad words, with explicit or implicit publicity of any brand, product or service not related to Weddalia will be published, and in general, any ad that is not of a wedding dress.

Once the ad is published by the user, Weddalia will proceed to review it for the reasons stated in the previous paragraph. If in the revision is detected that the ad breached any of these rules, the ad will not be published. Weddalia will send the user an E-mail indicating the reason why the publication of the advertisement was denied, offering the possibility of correcting the ad to adapt it to the Weddalia rules, if this is possible.

The effective recovery of the advertisement will be made by sending the user the notice for its publication. If the ad fails to fulfill any of the set out rules for publication, and after having been given the possibility to correct it, could not be published, Weddalia will give the user a refund of the amount paid minus the commissions that have been derived from the collection by the payment service supplier (PayPal). Any refund of the amount will be made as agreed between both parties.

Weddalia reserves the unilateral right to:

1. Reject any ad, the ad insertion order, or commitment location.
2. Delete any advertisement of the Portal or any of its pages.
3. Modify the fields of its ad that do not comply with the insertion rules of the site, all this in order to give greater quality to it, such as altering the spelling of text. In all other cases, if the ad does not meet any of the insertion rules, it will be rejected and an E-mail will be sent indicating the reasons for rejection and instructions to correct it.

4. Warranty disclaimers

The exhibited material at Weddalia is displayed exactly as the users uploaded it. Weddalia offers no guarantee, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-violation of intellectual property or any other violation of rights. In addition, Weddalia does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the use of materials displayed on their web site.

5. Limitation of damages

Weddalia or its suppliers shall never be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the web site or the materials stored therein, even if Weddalia or an authorized representative has been notified Weddalia orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.
